Trademark renewal is the process of extending the protection and exclusive rights associated with a registered trademark for a specified period of time.

Trademark Publication

Trademark publication refers to the process of publicly disclosing a trademark application for a specific period, allowing interested parties to review and potentially oppose the registration of the trademark.

Trademark Opposition

The related person/company to that trademark can file notice of opposition against the trademark within a period of four months from the published date.

Trademark Renewal
